What’s New, SoHo/NoHo?

On Tuesday November 9, 2021 the SoHo/NoHo Rezoning will face one of the last ULURP hurdles: a public hearing by the City Council’s Zoning Subcommittee. A lot of New Yorkers have strong opinions about the Rezoning, but before we get into the controversy, it is critical to understand the current zoning regulations, how they came to be, and what exactly would change under the Rezoning.
